Sarah Rostron – Head of School at St Bede Primary Academy. Sarah has over 12 years’ experience in Primary School education. She is a Specialist Leader of Education with specialisms in Teaching and Learning, Curriculum Leadership and Quality Standards. She has successfully led initiatives at St Bede and other schools to raise standards in numeracy and literacy; to improve the quality of teaching and therefore impact of both Teachers and Teaching Assistants and to improve data reporting and analysis. Sarah has also played a leading role in a number of “Deep Dive” diagnostics which have led to whole school improvements in other schools.
Anna Black – Assistant Head, Upper School, St Bede Primary Academy. Anna is a Specialist Leader of Education with specialisms in Teaching and Learning, Subject Leadership and Management, and Raising Standards in Year 6. She has vast experience of providing impactful support to other schools throughout the North West.
Yvonne Trimble – Yvonne is an experienced Primary School Teacher. She is also a Specialist Leader of Education in Mathematics.
Victoria Jordan – Victoria is a Primary Specialist Teacher of Maths and the Maths Lead at St Bede Primary Academy. She is a Specialist Leader of Education with specialisms in Early Years and Curriculum Leadership. She has led a number of research base initiatives in the field of mathematics and is experienced in leading change management. Victoria has also played a key role in engaging the parental community with the Academy.
Hafsha Hafeji – Acting Deputy Head at Bishop Bridgeman C.E Primary School, Hafsha is the Lead for Early Years and KS1. She is a Specialist Leader of Education with specialisms in Early Years and SEN. A very experienced Primary School Teacher who has led numerous initiatives to improve outcomes and deliver cultural change, her role also includes leading Phonics, Assertive Mentoring and Behaviour across the whole school. Hafsha is an experienced School SENCO, Inclusion Coordinator and Child Protection Officer and has completed the National SENCO award.
Jill Dring – Assistant Head for EYFS at the St Bede Primary Academy, Jill has been responsible for developing EY practice to an outstanding standard in 2 schools. She is an experienced SENCO who holds the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination. Jill is a Specialist Leader of Education with specialisms in Early Years and SEN. She has vast experience of supporting external settings and practitioners and has been identified as a Lead Practitioner for Bolton.
